Bostik AV XL Plus Crosslinking PVA
AV XL Plus is a medium to fast setting, medium solids, single pack, crosslinking PVA emulsion adhesive. It develops excellent bond strength, and has high heat and humidity resistance without catalyst addition when dried at normal or elevated temperatures. It produces a clear non staining glue line. AV XL Plus is an excellent adhesive for cabinet and furniture assembly where high bond strengths, good water/humidity resistance and relatively short clamp times are required.- Used for Residential and Commercial purpose

Anchor-Weld 101R Contact Adhesive is a high solids, high heat resistant, non-stringing, solvent based, brush grade contact adhesive. It is used for bonding decorative plastic laminates to wood, MDF, particle board and plywood. It may also be used to bond hardboard, rubber, metal, leather, wood, acoustic tiles (other than Styrene), ceramic tiles, linoleum, wallboard etc. It gives a good bond to aluminium if first wiped with Anchor-Weld 901 Cleaner/Thinner. Anchor-Weld101R Contact Adhesive exceeds the Australian standard 2131-1978 heat resistance test, making it an ideal adhesive to use in heat prone areas.- Used for Residential and Commercial purpose

PUR hot melt adhesives can be processed on throughfeed lines at different feed speeds, as well as on roller and nozzle applicators. All parts of the melting and application units coming into contact with the adhesive should have a non-stick coating to prevent possible catalytic reactions due to metal contact. A non-stick coating will also facilitate a considerably easier cleaning. The melting and application units should be equipped with a precise temperature control to prevent local overheating and unwanted secondary reactions. Heating the adhesive to a temperature above the recommended processing temperature will usually lead to a fast increase in viscosity of the melt due to a so-called thermal crosslinking reaction in the adhesive (the allophanate reaction), which is triggered by heat and does not need moisture.
